[REQUEST] How do you clone pokemons?

I have never liked to have fake or created pokemons in my game but I wont mind having cloned. I need to know to ask for pokemons and just clone them to have a copy or to make giveaways.
Please tell me if I need a program and how to install it and everything please.

You need to buy this and install the program on their website. There are YouTube videos on how to use it. Super easy! Sylveon, use destroy everything!

If you have 2 DS-es this might help!
