[REQUEST] LF Misdreavus or Mismagius

I need a Misdreavus or Mismagius that knows or was capable of learning Perish Song. I believe it's level 46 or something like that. I got some random 4-5IVs, although I feel like this request isn't that big. But regardless, I'm willing to let go of them. Thanks in advance

Misdreavus can be found on route 114 and 115 with the dexnav

Actually leveling should be pretty easy, there are a few bases with toxic orb blissey that don't do anything. You can find the link to them on one of the videos of the youtuber Mootypwns :D
