The following are what I have to trade at the moment.

Perfect IV:

Beldum - Adamant, Jolly
Popplio - Modest
Electrike - Timid

VGC battle ready:

Incineroar - Adamant, Flare Blitz, Fake Out, Flame Charge, Darkest Lariat, HP 252, Att 252, Spe 6
