So i have a male slowpoke with regenarator and a female mereanie with merciless. My question is: does the offspring mereanie have a chance of having the regenarator ability???

No, cross species hidden abilities only pass down from the female.

Problem here is you need to have the Mereanie with the Regenerator ability for it to have the chance to pass down Pokemon abilities. Even if the male parent has the same HA ability, if its not the same species then no you won't get Regen.
