It really depends on how you want to play the Goodra. For instance Hydration with bold and rest is useful for being a tank but Modest and Gooey helps as you take a hit, slow them down then hit them really hard and potentially out speed next turn, Timid and Sap Sipper could be useful as you switch in the goodra for the drizzle eg politoed, absorb the grass type attack then proceed to hit back fast with ice beam. The choice is ultimately up to you but just know the flamethrowers on those goodras are weakened by rain so you might want to switch that for something.
