I know this isn't the place to post but why I'm doing so will be obvious. For some reason when I'm in the Rules etc.. section, I don't have the button to post a new thread there. I can post on existing posts but never start a new one. Even though I've been on the forums for two months now, I never did a Meet and Greet post but as it's in the same section as help and feedback I now realize I wouldn't have been able to do that anyways as again, there is no button to post a new thread. Obviously it's there for others as there have been recent post created and I've asked a few other users but I seem to be the only one with this issue. I'd just like to be able to throw my two cents in every now and then.

Hey, send Skyxer a PM about this.
He's the only person on staff with the power to fix permissions and he'll be more likely to see the problem with a private message.

I'll attempt to point him this way via Skype too.

One way or another, we'll get this sorted out.
