[DISCUSSION] Pokemon Refresh

I just want to know if you use pokemon refresh during your playthrough of your game and why/why not.

I, personally, use pokemon refresh every time I start a new game because of the benefits and the fact that it doesn't take much time. It provides more exp, allows your pokemon to land crits more, allows your pokemon to avoid attacks, allows your pokemon to cure itself of status, and provides an invisible focus sash. It's incredibly useful to me.

I use it as well. At first, it seemed like I wouldn’t need it. I really didn’t need it the whole island challenge. I just started using it in the postgame.

I also use it at the beginning of my games because its such an advantege.  Although I can see why people dont use it because they might think its too much of an advantage.
