Looking at the Alolan Vulpix with HA.

Mareanie (4-5 IV)
Feebas 5 IV
Abra 5 IV
Mimikyu 4-5 IV
Snorlax female (no perfect IV but just annoying to get with 12.5% breeding)
Type Null 3-4 IV (I just have a bunch of these)

No, sorry they don't.

If you don't like any of them I could always do a bottle cap for HA gibble.

• HA Psyduck, with 3 IVs, and Encore
  
• Toxitouch Grimmer, almost 6IVs (def is not 31), with Curse and Shadow Sneak
  
• HA Alola Vulpix, almost 6IVs (HP is not 31), with Freeze-Dry and moonblast
  
• Jolly Garchomp, 6IV
  

I'm looking for HA Snorlax and HA Drampa.
