[S/M] Salazzle Event Issue

Did anyone else who picked up a Salazzle card for the current event receive one with no code? After I scratched off the designated spot on the back, I found it was completely blank.

Maybe the code ripped off along with the sticker. I'm not sure though because they ran out of cards and only printed me a receipt with the code on it :S

I went back and showed them and ask for another one. I scratched this one off as gently as I could and again, no code. It turns out they got a faulty batch. If anyone gets there hands on an extra code and could privately message it to me, I would be very grateful.
