Spare Carvanha?

I would really like a carvanha but i cannot get one without a super rod. I get the super rod in mossdeep but i dont wana wait that long. Thank guys. I dont have much to offer now, but ill pay you pack with a 6 iv in a couple of weeks. Thanks you guys. (Iv's dont matter)
