There's always the Paperclip Method on GTS. I've gotten lots of legendaries this way.

@Excalibur0126 I saw this video on YouTube where this guy was doing the circle pad thing at Lumiose City and Kangashans were in the day care so after like 14 hours he would put them on the GTS for a legendary
