i have a regular mew lv 100 english-attack is 260 and it barely has any stats from training room, i think the strength at max will be about 350-almost 400 at max, up to you

press home, select whatever category you want, trading/battle requests etc. and then above should be a small button to the top right corner that says "post thread" if you have any more questions let me know :D
