[TRADE] Dex Help??

Can someone please tell me how you get the shiny charm? I know you have to have some event pokemon like Meloetta and Mew (I know there's more those are just examples), but do you have to complete the 3 Kalos pokedex's AND the national dex or just the 3 kalos dex's OR just the national dex? I know it's hard to understand, but I could really use the help!! Tysm!

You have to complete the national dex except for the event only legendaries like those two you mentioned.

You need all pokemon in National Dex FULL registered. Except Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Deoxys, Arceus, Darkrai, Shaymin, Victini, Genesect, Meloetta, Volcanion, Diancie, Hoopa. I think that's all.
