Poliwag (pokeball) IV's: 31/31/31/31/31/X or everything but speed with quiet nature if possible or any nature that is offense that lowers speed
Numel (pokeball) Quiet, Simple Ability, All perfect but speed, Moves: Growl, Tackle, and Body Slam
