Hello everyone! I am looking for a shiny piplup! It has been my favorite pokemon throughout my entire life and I have always dreamed of having a shiny one and evolving it all the way through. Would i be able to get the Empoleon since i wouldnt be able to evolve it?

Yes you can have shiny Empolean and yes i do have a lvl 1 shiny charmander
