[TRADE] Shiftry with Knock off and Seed Bomb

Can someone help me with those skills
I'm currently playing Pokemon Y and don't have ORAS in which as far as i know you can use Move Tutor in order to get Knock Off and Seed Bomb
Is there any other way to get them without Tutor or maybe somebody has it for trade
