[TUTORIAL] Chain Fishing for Shiny Pokémon

@FatedHope I'm not quite sure, because if it doesn't break then it just would mean that you could fish infinite shinies. When you encounter one and catch it, just chaining with the same chance as you previously got? Please correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that the chain definitely breaks
