the zorua is lvl 99, and the blissey is lvl 25. i dont think there is anything special about them. they are just shiny 
zorua has 185 att, 121 def, 214 sp att, 135 spec def, 203 speed. hasty nature
blissey has 20 att, 19 def, 55 spec att, 89 spec def, 44 speed. docile nature
