EV's: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Atk
Moves:
-Cotton Guard
-Dragon Dance
-Roost
-Return
The goal here is to come in on something that cant kill ya and go for either a Dragon Dance or Cotton Guard, usually a Dragon Dance, If you go for Cotton Guard, you will be insanely bulky, and have an easier time setting up. Roost gives you some awesome recovery when you need it. Return is Pixelate boosted, and still hits very hard.
Any Heal Bell like Chansey or Vaporeon makes a good partner for M-Altaria to heal up status. Heatran does well at KOing pokemon that normally walls the set, like Ferrothorn and other Heatran.
