Team Building Help

Hello, i posted a team earlier which i made, which i had some great ideas with but i dont see any possible way for it to work together, so im gonna rebuild it form scratch and id like some help if possible!

This is what i came up with after incorperating different ideas, and looking over what i had available to myself. Please if you see somethin i should change tell me <3 thanks for the help~

Edit: yeah idk what is wrong with this...i tried putting all i know together, and i lost 50 times in a row, 0 wins with testing....
