1. Pokemon 1-719 EXCEPT the ones listed are usable
2. Pokemon must have the Pentagon aka be obtained from X/Y or OR/AS
3. All items obtainable in X/Y or OR/AS are legal except the item Soul Dew
4. Here are the banned Pokemon: Every Pokemon not obtainable in OR/AS or X/Y is banned

Xerneas
Yveltal
Kyogre
Groudon
Rayquaza
Deoxys
5. Those are some examples of banned Pokemon but click to the link to see every Pokemon that's banned
