[VGC 2017] Salamence - Special Attacker (Specs / Dragonium Z)

Substitute has always been a great move in VGC if the player manages to get one up successfully. Not only can the player be able to maintain a good position, but they can at least get off some free damage against the opponent. Dragonium Z is a bit underrated at the moment, but I do think Salamence is relatively checked by some of the top threats like Tapu Lele, Tapu Koko, Alolan Ninetales, Milotic, etc. Essentially Salamence can shine truly when its up against physical attacker who aren't wiling to take a Devastating Drake or Draco Meteor.
