Wanting to stream/make vids.

Hey there.  I just got a 3DS XL for my b-day that is supposed to be set to stream.  Wirelessly.  And I can't seem to get it to work.

But I never get the DS screen on my laptop. 

If anyone is able to assist, I would be eternally grateful.
