Hey there.  I just got a 3DS XL for my b-day that is supposed to be set to stream.  Wirelessly.  And I can't seem to get it to work. 

I was given this to follow and follow I did:  https://docs.google.com/document/d/10GST...muaOg/edit

But I never get the DS screen on my laptop. 

If anyone is able to assist, I would be eternally grateful.
