Who Clones or Cheats Pokemon?

Just curoius, cause I want a shiny genesect and shiny arceus and wondered if someone could clone a free one for me, or cheat one.

I never care for legit event pokemon, i really don't.  I just enjoy the fact that I have one in my game X3

I'm not so sure if they will or not.  Hackers always find a way threw games, and well, they will get threw some how.  I don't really care if they do or not, I just wish they would ban Zigzagcoon, Ralts, Bidoof, Wurmple, and Scatterbug from WonderTrade, and fix GTS to were everyone isn't posting Wurmples for Hoopa

they've said the same on ORAS and still no "anti-cheat" action detected
