Why Cant i upload this image

i think the reason it cant upload is because the link is from your computer what its doing is its trying to find your computer but it cant because your computer isnt global, if you can upload that picture to "imgur" and then use that link of find it on google that might work

go to imgur.com and click upload image (you dont even need to make an account), next click browse your computer and find the picture, then click start upload then take the url of the image and put it in one of these
