If you switch assault west for leftovers you can have recover.
Pair up your milotic with a prankster meowstic w charm to get milotics Sattack to rise.
I will get to work with the meowstic what moveset would be good for it and my milotic ev spread is 252 HP / 28 Def / 160 SpA / 64 SpD / 4 Spe taking off vest and puting leftovers would I still be. Abit bulking
