As we always tell people when trading with others, if you suspect any "foul play" from the other trader, then highly suggest that you cancel the exchange ASAP. Not we can't "regulate" the entire tradings sections beyond the sites, just we are only going to focus on here as well. If anyone scams someone, the person has to provide evidence like before, and we'll take appropriate actions. We can't make any actions someone from another site, only at our own.
The best we can do is provide a "scammer list" where you can look over the IGN, FC, and the usernames, but that's all we can do. Again, be vigilant with the people you are trading with.
