I find a lot of people are really liking Rowlet!! LOL WE NEED AN OWL STARTER
... Personally though I'm probably gonna go with litten. The description for Litten is just perfect.

Probably all of them...
I need to see the other forms first but Rowlet is probably my favorite so far. Litten is a close second. I'm the lead developer for the site! (Formerly My Cupcake Money)

Litten was the immediate starter pokemon that made an "impression" to me the most with its careless attitude and ...yes for my appreciation of cats. While people have called out Litten for being dull, I think there's more to this cat when we get to the other middle, final, or even the potential "mega/forms" for them if they do receive them.
