If you want a Living Dex, it's really not hard at all. It took me exactly two weeks to scramble it up and get one. It's just all about being patient and what not. It's not that I don't like your idea, it's just that it has flaw, like farming legendaries, for example, or getting high level evolutions such as Hydragon and Volcarona.
