Check that and if not, we can trade over the GTS.
Apparently the game doesn't allow the trio to be traded from ORAS to XY. Do you have a copy of ORAS?
Maybe try trading them via GTS, they don't have any item right?

EDIT: If Groudon knows Precipice Blades delete that move, the same for Dragon Ascent for Rayquazza
