I would say Lurantis, specifically for the community itself! Lurantis is a AMAZING S.O.S shiny battler, especially with IV's in Speed and an amazing moveset! I would personally not partake in the giveaway, but I think it would be a good thing for the community!
Lurantis can learn both False Swipe and Arial Ace. Of course, Arial Ace is 100% accuracy and won't miss, no matter how much those Rockruff Sand Attack you! It has a PP of 20, and with a good amount of leppa berries, you can easily get to a high chain quick enough. I've gotten some good shinies that way! It can also learn X Scissor and Energy Ball, which I like to use as back up moves with shiny hunting.
On top of that, Lurantis can tank a looooottt of moves, no matter what the pokemon is. So yah. I vote Lurantis. Plus there's like, a ton of 6iv giveaways happening so often I would like to bring a little more variety into the situation :33
