Ok, I know that rule, but my question is, is there a way of them knowing is a hack pokemon if is done properly? like if the pokemon look exactly like a hack one, of course you know it's hack but as long as they don't have a way to know it's hack, they will think is legit.

Battlespot doesn't check legal ball combinations, have that in mind if you're using it as a hack check.

If done properly PKHEX is 100% undetectable. I'm positive that they're usable in events.
