If your Magikarp is still in there - I couldn't find it.
Unfortunately, there are quantities of people offering Magikarp for eeveelutions or Vulnona.
Appearently from other trading communities.
I honestly don't have any idea how to optimize GTS trades.
Pokemon like Charjabug get offered quite rarely as it seems. Same goes for the 2nd stages of the starters. But hm.
