Seems like lots of people where under leveled and still won. I'm part of that especially because my Starter wasn't even level 50 once I beat Steven. Everyone had like 2 high levels in the 60s that I bet took them through. Those who were all 60 are impressive for taking the time.

My in-game-team in ORAS was consists of pokemons my girlfriend likes. Most of them don't have the ideal natures, abilities, moves and mostly IVs. The pokemon contests were the priority as my girlfriend's request so I beat every contest with every mon on my team before I finished the league. My brother and I used to play roms and we realized over training makes the game too easy. So I made sure I wasn't over-leveled every time i enter any gym. By the time I made it to Victory Road, my mons were under 50 so I trained them along the Road to the league. I managed to train everyone at 50 just before I battle the elite 4. I didn't know though that the elite 4 have level 57 mons so it was really difficult to win without using restores or revive. And now, I present to you, my team...
