Because of gyarados being extremely common in gold ,sliver ,heart gold and , soul silver anybody with any of those games already have one and me having to soft reset to get the shiny lugia the work input does not equal out sorry

sharpedo does mega evolve so thats a fair trade but it does it have any nicknames and whats its level ?
