I get them from the wild in pokemon white then transport them to pokemon or

Isn't the shiny rate is too low?Even in friend safari(x y ) it is 1/512 or something and it tooks forever to find a shiny.

I get really lucky I guess? also I spend a long time trying to find shinys and I hunt on multiple dss .
