I didn't use the reset bag, here's a image to help you visualize: See Where the lines are pointing? It has 252 Spd and 252 Special attack and 4 HP

Its actually 6 hp because 252 + 252= 504 and then you add 6 because max is 510 but how long did it take for you personally to train

It takes like 15 mins per Pokémon or less. Depends how complex your spreads are.

Even though I'm not in agreement with Smogon, Aegislash is banned for OU (and all lower tiers). It's considered Ubers.

Really? I checked Smogon and there is one set for aegislash that's Uber but other sets that are OU... Or is it the pokemon itself?
