Hello there. :) I have a 5IV, Relaxed Dhelmise if you still have any Rowlet left. (The missing IV is in Sp. Def).

The best I can put up is a Modest Lv. 1 Feebas tho ;-;

Edit: I think it would be safer to trade via plaza cause your Pokemon can't get sniped by someone else there!
