This is an outdated set to catch roaming legendaries
in ORAS and X+Y there are no fleeing pokemon so there really is no use for Mean Look. I can still get you one but i'd recommend using another move like flash.

can I get a common singles mandibuzz. if you go to Smogon and click on mandibuzz it should be the first set its cold utility.
