From what i've read, tubehax isnt working anymore ? or it doesnt work for those who have updated firmware versions ?

nop, its dead, even if you did not update. Nintendo updated Youtube, so if you don't update you cannot start it, and if you update the hax is removed

the best way to launch homebrew are: ninjhax, ironhax, and themehax

So should i keep my 9.9.0-26 since i have a newn3ds and use browserhax ? if yes, how does it work ?
