It's posted in Pet Mod, which is an alternative metagame where all Pokemon have other hidden abilities. The OP on the forum just phrased it like it was a "leak" to probably get hype in the community and have fun.

As much as I would love more abilities for Pokemon, this is more than likely fake.
However: We all thought megas were fake for a long time, and there's a lot of useless abilities on a lot of Pokemon already. It's not like Gamefreak really cares about the meta/balance in general.
Would be really cool though.
