I was looking for pkhex and all that stuff when I realized, I can't use any of it with a E-shop downloaded Alpha Sapphire. So all I can do is really trade stuff that I happen to have laying around. Welp if anyone needs Pelipper, I'm your guy lmao :D :D

Now I'm not an expert on Browserhax or anything, but I think you can still use it for a downloaded version of Pokemon. Since it creates a back-up save for you to edit, then you can import the save into the game.
