I wouldn't quite go as far as saying just because it has a ribben it is legit. I have EXACTLY the same Volcanion as you do.

@LWiki It's an event code. If you haven't used one yet, then you can use this one to download a Mew into your game using Mystery Gift in the Menu. But you can't use two codes to get two Mews, so if you've already used one, it won't work.

I never got the chance to get a code so I have not redeemed one yet.
