I was going to link Smogon's moveset but Marcusube beat me to it. xD If you want to read about the pros and cons of the moves involved in what they posted, then I would suggest going to Smogon's website and looking up Amoongus.

You'd better have the Sp. Atk IV on your Amoonguss.

But it says for the hidden power that it has to have 30 special attack IVs

If it needs 30 for the special attack EVs, then find a ditto with 30 IVs or don't use Hidden Power
