Yeah, I've seen it before. It's beyond creepy, that behavior is completly inappropriate. It's insane that they, whoever they are, let him continue for as long as he did. I mean, he might not be a pedophile, but his behavior is completly giving that impression. He should have been corrected and stopped, at the very least.
