Hmm my Bidoof with the simple ability only happens to have 3IVs.. would a HA 5IV Bidoof work?

Hmm my Bidoof with the simple ability only happens to have 3IVs.. would a HA 5IV Bidoof work?

A three IV Bidoof will be fine, I can just breed it later.
