When I play Pokemon Go in the car (I'm 10 chill), and I'm slow enough, it gives me buddy candy. Is that cheating? I just REALLY don't like cheating (except maybe in Minecraft)

Fairly certain the game will eventually lock itself if the person is going well above a certain miles per hour. Niantic won't ban you unless its for other stuff like using unlicensed material.

Niantic will not ban you for that, only thing I know of that they ban for are GPS spoofing and those hacked clients where you can move around with an analog stick.
