RE: Forum Battle Nights - ChaseInfinity - Jan 4, 2015

you could use a support pokemon possible like sableye or klefki

RE: Forum Battle Nights - Eeveeli - Jan 4, 2015

What about Ludicolo, Eckley? You have something to resist ground then and Ludicolo works great in the rain (+ Fake out support) Smile (http://i.gyazo.com/620a2cca8cd670cbd82a6fee23e78f78.png)

RE: Forum Battle Nights - Eckley - Jan 4, 2015

Klefki could work, I'd just need to figure out how I'd use it. Dual screen is always an option, especially with M Swampert's natural bulk

RE: Forum Battle Nights - Eckley - Jan 4, 2015

I actually had ludicolo on the team originally, but I was worried with all the Talonflame, but since I'm running a rain team, and I have M Swampert and Rotom to deal with it, I will probably put it on

RE: Forum Battle Nights - evilsabre - Jan 4, 2015

don't use klefki since he's weak to eq lol

RE: Forum Battle Nights - tygaa2 - Jan 4, 2015

@Eckley I would put talonflame on the team over rotom-f. Most of the common pokemon that counter rain teams are grass types which talon destroys. Ferrothorn also gives rain teams trouble so you can hit it with a fire type attack from talon outside of the rain.

If politoed is ev'd to survive a brave bird it can always ko opposing talonflames, I saw thats why you are running rotom-f

RE: Forum Battle Nights - Eckley - Jan 4, 2015

@Tygaa
Yeah that's why Rotom-F is in the team, but I just calced and politoed can survive a CB adamant 252 Attack BB from Talonflame. But Rotom was also in the team to burn Physical attackers, Specifically M Kang, Landorus and Garchomp, because it's been EV'd to be a 3HKO from landorus-t rock slide. It also survives M Kang Adamant 252 Attack return, however I've noticed double edge is getting more popular, and it has a 37.5% chance to OHKO my rotom with this EV spread.
If I put talonflame in, who could I run in the last spot?
