Ok, here's a question for you all.
Would you rather; Pokemon G8 be delayed to 2019 or Pokemon G8 be released this year and why?
Obviously, 2019 is a much smarter buisness approach but let's not worry about business views for this one.

As much as I want it at holiday, I would like some more time with Gen. 7 before it becomes obsolete, and if Game Freak rushes to make a new generation, we might just end up with Gen 6 again. Maybe we'd better wait.

^ I agree. I'd much rather wait a couple of months for a great game to start off the pokemon series on the switch than have a lackluster experience earlier.

The company will be better with releasing the game as a 2019 title since that would mean the developers will have a lot of time to work on the game... I honestly wouldn't mind if the game was a early/late 2020 release but I know that all those impatient ones will start a bigger riot of some kind...

I ended up jumping straight to gen VII when it was released and haven't looked back since, it's great for Pokémon breeding and feels like a whole other experience compared to gen VI. If they can make something as good as gen VII again then I would be happy waiting until 2019

Impressive
